Обоснование: После проведенного анализа предоставленных предложений, выявлено, что предложения ООО «Компания Эликорт» и ВО «Технопромимпорт» не отвечают условиям Запроса цен, поскольку Участники предложили поставить товар, не соответствующий требованиям Заказчика. Комиссией принято решение отклонить данные предложения. Предложение ЗАО «Сибтяг «РОСМА» принять и признать его Победителем запроса цен, так как предлагаемая Участником продукция полностью соответствует требованиям запроса цен и интересам Заказчика
