Comments:
1. Pickup of Goods by the buyer.
2. Payment for the received Goods is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Seller's current account. 100% prepayment, payment in tranches is possible.
3. The lot is not divisible, only those Bidders who have applied for the entire lot list will be admitted.
4. Approximate planned volumes are indicated, tolerance of +30% is possible; -30%.
5. Work under the seller's contract on a long-term basis (as of 12/31/2024)

The sale of waste is possible only to end-users/processors or authorized contractual counterparty.

The Bidder must provide the following package of documents:
a. Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
b. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
c. Extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
d. Company Charter;
e. Licenses for the right to interact with waste;
f. Scanned copy of the enterprise card with seal and signature.

Additionally:
1. Certificate of availability of Material and technical resources.
2. Information about the company's human resources.
3. A letter on official letterhead about the further life cycle of the acquired waste (recycling / resale / shipment to the recycling plant).
4. If the waste is processed and the company receives products from it, indicate in the letter on the official letterhead which products are obtained as a result of processing at the exit, as well as send documentation (certificate, passport or TU products)
5. If the buyer is an official representative/ supplier of waste to the end user/ processor, provide a letter from the end user on letterhead confirming the official partnership.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
