Payment terms:Within 5 banking days from the date of signing the contract and its annexes, the Buyer pays the Supplier an advance payment in the amount of 95% of the preliminary cost of raw materials (platinum and palladium in raw materials) specified in the calculation of the preliminary cost / specification to the contract.
After the transfer of raw materials to the Buyer and the registration of the passport-calculation, the Supplier makes an UPD with status 2 or a bill of lading.
The Parties carry out the final settlement on the 5th (fifth) working day from the date of receipt from the Supplier of the originals of the UPD /consignment note.

Comments:
The lot is indivisible;
1. The cost of works/services should be indicated as a percentage of the cost of the price of platinum and palladium based on the values of quotations of the London Precious Metals Exchange, taking into account transportation costs and travel expenses, insurance costs, taxes, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments;
2. To assess a potential counterparty, Appendix No. 2 "criteria for admission of contractors" is used;
3. A prerequisite for the conclusion of the contract is the signing of a confidentiality agreement;
4. The Customer reserves the right to conduct a technical audit of the potential winner of the tender procedure for compliance with the requirements;
5. Contractor's own performance of work at least 100% (loading/unloading, export).
6. The contract with the winner of the tender will be concluded on the basis of a model contract (Appendix No. 3);
7. Registration of access documents for the entry / exit of personnel of the tenderer, entry / exit of vehicles of the tenderer, entry / removal of equipment, tools, means of processing and storing information used in the production of works is carried out on a fee basis, with the registration of separate contractual relations
