Comments:
We offer to take part in the procedure for the sale of used Catamax nozzles (rigid stainless steel packaging) with ion exchange resin based on styrene-divinylbenzene polymer. It is used for the synthesis of MTBE from methanol and isobutylene. Unloading will be in the period June 2024
1. Pickup of Goods by the buyer.
2. Payment for the received Goods is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Seller's current account. 100% prepayment.
3. Approximate planned volumes are indicated, tolerance of +30% is possible; -30%.

The sale of waste is possible only to end-users/processors or authorized contractual counterparties.

The Bidder must provide the following package of documents:
a. Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
b. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
c. Extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
d. Company Charter;
e. Licenses for the right to interact with waste;
f. Scanned copy of the enterprise card with seal and signature.

Additionally:
1. Letter on official letterhead about the further life cycle of the acquired waste (recycling/ resale / shipment to the recycling plant).
2. If the waste is processed and the company receives products from it, indicate in the letter on the official letterhead which products are obtained as a result of processing at the exit, as well as send documentation (certificate, passport or TU products)
3. If the buyer is an official representative/ supplier of waste to the end user/processor, provide a letter from the end user on letterhead confirming the official partnership.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
