| Payment terms: | The Customer pays an advance in the amount of 30% of the cost of the Contract Services within 10 (Ten) business days from the date of signing by both Parties to the Contract based on the invoice issued by the Contractor.
The Customer pays the remaining 70% of the cost of the Services within 10 (Ten) business days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the rendered Services (without comments), subject to a timely invoice for payment by the Contractor. |
