Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Customer pays an advance of 30% of the cost of services under the Agreement within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of signing by both Parties to the Agreement on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor.
The Customer pays the remaining 70% of the cost of services within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the rendered services (without comments), provided that the Contractor promptly issues an invoice for payment.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
