Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment of rendered Services is carried out by the Customer after the signing of the Act of delivery and acceptance of Services by the Parties according to the form specified in Appendix No. 2 of this Agreement, in the amount of the cost of the Services actually rendered within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt to the Customer's address of the invoice for payment of the Services actually rendered in 1 (one) original copy, made in Russian and English

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
