Contract performance security:Соблюдение мер по профилактике распространения короновирусной инфекции:
- Выполнение работ должно осуществляться сотрудниками, не находящимися в «зоне риска» (до 60 лет),
- Все сотрудники подрядной организации должны быть обеспечены СИЗ, масками-респираторами, ежедневно проходить контроль температуры тела, а также осуществлять обеззараживание рук антисептиком,
- соблюдать масочный режим на всей территории предприятий (работа, передвижение пешком, на автомобиле).
4. Подписание ДС о средствах индивидуальной защиты для всех работников на период пандемии
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The recommended deferral of payment is 90 calendar days after the signing of the certificate of completion. If an advance payment is required, the issued advance must be secured by a bank guarantee of the return of the advance payment. The guarantee must be issued by a bank - a guarantor from the TOP-20 list of net assets of Russian banks.

The commercial proposal form is given in Appendix 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted on the e-marketplace of the B2B-Center group without a commercial proposal filled out in the form (Appendix 1) will not be taken into account.
