2.2. Оплата по настоящему Договору осуществляется путем внесения 100%-ного авансового платежа в денежной форме на расчетный счет или в кассу Поставщика в сроки, указанные в Счете.
2.3. Обязательства Покупателя по оплате считаются исполненными после зачисления в полном объеме средств оплаты в кассу Поставщика или на его банковский счет.
