| Payment terms: | 100% of the price of the (accepted) Goods is paid no earlier than 15 (fifteen) calendar days and no later than 20 calendar days after the acceptance of the consignment in terms of quantity and quality (signing by both parties of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12 / UPD) and providing the Buyer with invoices and documents provided for in clause 3.1.1. general conditions of the draft agreement. |
