Comments:
1. Delivery time is up to 25.12.2021.
2. All prices in the offer must include the cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
3. Quotation of quotation is required, price change after submission of applications is not allowed
4. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the goods supplied must be no earlier than 2020, not used. A mandatory requirement for delivery is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.
5. The agreement is concluded in the editorial office of EVRAZ Metal Inprom JSC.
6. When concluding an agreement, you must provide the following package of documents. The package of documents must be provided in full.
- Company card;
- Charter and amendments thereto;
- A copy of the state registration certificate (OGRN);
- A copy of the tax registration certificate;
- A copy of the certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (for counterparties — individual entrepreneurs);
- Current extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for the last 3 months;
- Permits — certificates, licenses and permits (if any);
- Documents confirming the authority of the contract signatory on the part of the counterparty;
- Certificate on the performance of the duty to pay taxes — code under the CPD 1120101. Certificate issue date is not more than 1 month;
- data on the number - code for the KND 1110018 for the last 3 calendar years
- copies of documents confirming the location: lease agreement and/or certificate of ownership (warehouse+office) certified by the seal of the organization (if any) and the signature of the head of the organization;
- Accounting statements for the last 3 calendar years with a mark of acceptance by the tax authorities:
* OKUD Form 0710001 — Balance sheet;
* OKUD Form 0710002 — Report on financial results;
- Financial (Management) statements as of the last reporting date (quarter) signed by the head of the organization, certified by the seal (if any):
* OKUD Form 0710001 — Balance sheet;
* OKUD Form 0710002 — Report on financial results;
- certified by the seal of the organization (if any) and the signature of the head of the organization, a copy of the VAT declaration for the last reporting period with a note of acceptance by the tax authorities.
Documents must be submitted in pdf format within 3 working days from the date of submission of applications.
7. Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
