Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

- Delivery time is until 08/31/2020. The term can be adjusted when changing the schedule of construction work.

Comments:
1. Request for quotations (flower pots, flowers services) for landscaping of office premises, broken down by lots:
LOT 1 NG - 1st floor,
LOT 2 VTs - 2.3.5.6 floors
LOT 3 VTS - 1st floor
LOT 4 NG - 2nd floor.
2. For LOT 1, LOT 2 and LOT 4 - services for the maintenance of plants for a period of 12 months. with the possibility of further extension.
3. For the specification (flower pots, flowers, without after-sales service), the payment procedure is 50/50. Advance payment within 10 working days from the date of signing the contract. Final payment within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of completion.
4. For after-sales service, a monthly 100% postpayment within 10 working days after signing the Act of Completed Works.
5. Landscaping services (without service) include:
- Planting of living plants, including materials for planting (expanded clay, soil, bark),
- Delivery (on weekdays, during business hours),
- Unloading
- Arrangement
- If necessary, to comply with the construction and installation work schedule, after school hours, as well as weekends and holidays)
6. After-sales services include:
- inspection
- watering
- soil fertilizer
- pruning
- top dressing
- treatment treatment
(schedule of services provided in the specifications)
7. The currency of the contract is the Russian ruble.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
