Payment terms:
1) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Calculation within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the stage of services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Settlement with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the stage of services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
