Payment terms:
The Customer pays the Contractor an advance payment for the Equipment and materials and equipment in the amount of up to
50% of the Price of Equipment and materials and equipment on the basis of the Statement presented by the Contractor, but no more
5,796,000 (five million seven hundred ninety-six thousand rubles) including VAT 20% in the amount of
966000 (nine hundred sixty six thousand rubles) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days
from the date of receipt by the Customer of the original invoice for payment, the act on the transfer of the project and work

is determined after the development of design and estimate documentation by the Contractor.
- Payment of the Contractual Price is made by the Customer upon completion of the Stage
Design and survey work (R&D) under the Contract minus the Guarantee withholding in
in the amount of 5% of the Contract price (in proportion to the cost of accepted works) with a delay not
less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties
Acceptance certificate of the performed Works, subject to the submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete
a set of documents stipulated by the contract.
- Payment of the Contractual Price is made by the Customer upon completion of the Stage
construction, installation, commissioning works, equipment and materials and equipment under the Agreement, with
taking into account the advance paid and minus the Guarantee withholding in the amount of 5% of the Negotiated
prices (in proportion to the cost of the accepted works), with a delay of at least 30 (thirty) and no more
60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of completed

documents stipulated by the contract.
- The Customer makes payment of the Guarantee Withholding in the amount of 5% of the Contractual Price for
the fact of achievement and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Result of work with a delay of at least 30
(thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act
acceptance of the completed construction of the Facility (form KS-14), subject to the submission
