Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
Payment for the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer is made with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits a complete set of documents by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation RF, including by transferring bills, etc.
In the case of concluding an Agreement with the SME, payment for services rendered is made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the signed and sent by the Contractor the acceptance certificate of the services rendered on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, invoice, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or otherwise by methods agreed by the parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
