Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
Final settlement with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the provision of a complete set of documents by the Contractor.
In the case of concluding an agreement with the SME, the final payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date the Customer signed the certificate of acceptance of the services rendered and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds to the Contractor's account or in other ways that do not contradict legislation of the Russian Federation.
