Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works and
acceptance by the Customer of the Result of work on the basis of the Certificate of Delivery signed by the Parties

calendar days from the date of signing the Works Acceptance Certificate, subject to the submission

set of Documentation;
o Originals of positive opinions, Expertises, approvals, permits,
issued by the Specialized Organizations for Documentation;
o original invoice;
o the original invoice drawn up on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate and
transferred to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work,
o provided that there are no claims and requirements on the part of the Customer for quality and
the terms of the completed Works.
In case of concluding a contract with an SME, the terms of payment are set out in the following edition:
· Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon the fact upon completion of all
Works under the Contract and the transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Result of the work under the Contract in
within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent
