Payment terms:Payment of the Contract Price is made by the Customer upon completion of all the Works under the Agreement and the transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Work Result, with a delay of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of the Completed Construction of the Facility (form KS-14), subject to the submission by the Contractor To the customer a complete set of documents.
Payment of the Contract Price is made by the Customer by means of a non-cash transfer of funds to the account of the Contractor, or in any other way provided for by the Agreement and / or the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
