Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:not earlier than the expiration date of 30 (thirty) calendar days upon acceptance of the entire complex of works
Delivery terms:The start of the work is the date of signing the order, it is also the date of the transfer of the object to work.
Completion of work within 20 calendar days after the transfer of the object to work.
Early completion of work is possible.
The Contract fixes the start and end dates of the work, and within 3 working days after signing the Contract, the Partner prepares a detailed calendar GPR and a final estimate.
MTS approves the calendar schedule of work within 5 calendar days.
