The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1. The offer must be accompanied by a TAP on your organization's PDF and excel form. Commercial proposals are accepted, signed and stamped on the organization's letterhead, and must additionally be an excel TAP. Required terms and conditions when submitting a TAP — cost, delivery time, terms and basis of delivery, payment terms, specify manufacturer for each proposed item, indicate your relation to the product ( manufacturer, dealer, trader).
2. Required Payment Terms: 100% postpaid within 60 calendar days from the TMC delivery date.
The mandatory condition for all bidders is to agree to our corporate requirements on the form of the contract, especially payment terms and penalties.
For NEW VENDORS, attach a letter of consent to our corporate requirements on the contract form.
3. Attach a certificate of conformity, quality certificate.
4. Priority for transportation and logistics through the Nakhodka commercial port, data is attached for interaction with the logistics company. The company is a member, has the right to choose the logistics companies for prompt delivery to Pavlik JSC.

This request for proposals is not a bidding or public tender as understood by Article 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the time of signing the contract with the winner are considered pre-contract work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
