Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1. Participants not attaching TKP are not accepted for consideration.
The validity period of TCH is not less than 45 calendar days!
Commercial offers, issued on the form of the organization, with signature and seal are accepted for consideration. Mandatory conditions when submitting TKP — cost, delivery time, conditions and basis of delivery, payment terms, specify the manufacturer for each offered nomenclature.
KP upload to the contest in two formats: 1. PDF with print and contacts of the performer. 2. Excel file "Request KP Lot MG-1086", this file is in the attached documentation.

2. Required payment terms: 100% postpayment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of TMC.
A prerequisite for all participants of the tender is to agree with our corporate requirements on the form of the contract, especially these are payment terms and penalties.
NEW VENDORS attach a letter of consent to our corporate requirements on the form of the contract.

3. Attach a certificate of conformity, quality passport.

4. Priority for transportation and logistics through the trading port of Nakhodka, for interaction with the logistics company data are attached. The company is a participant, has the right to independently choose logistics companies for prompt delivery to Pavlik JSC.

This request for proposals is not an auction or public contest in the understanding of Art. 447-449.1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contract work and do not impose on the organizer obligations that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
