WE PAY YOUR ATTENTION to the changes in the procurement procedure, now instead of the supplier's commercial offer, you must fill out the form and the attachment to it, which are in the procurement documentation. Filling in is required, otherwise the application will not be considered.

Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
