Suppliers with valid supply agreements with the Cordiant JSC and Gold/platinum statuses will have an advantage.
1) All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
2) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
3) If the supplier participates in the bidding, then he agrees in the event of announcement by the winner to conclude a contract of delivery on the standard form of JSC "Kordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
4) If the winner for any reason refuses to deliver at the price offered at the competition, the buyer has the right to order from the supplier who has given the second bid on the price level.
