Payment terms:Payment for the delivery of the Goods is made on a non-cash settlement by the Buyer transferring the cash to the Supplier's account specified in the contract, based on the Vendor's invoice or Invoices within 30 calendar days after Parties have signed the goods invoice and the Acceptance of the Goods, or from the time of delivery of the goods.
Delivery terms:The goods are delivered on the delivery and unloading conditions of the Goods at the point of delivery. Customer's acceptance is made on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 17:00pm. (time local).
No later than 2k/d from the time of shipment, the Supplier is required to provide a shipment notice in accordance with the Annex to the Delivery Contract, photo report containing photos of the goods posted in the cargo the location of documents, a photo of each place with markings, attached transport labels and packing sheets to the curator's email address. Photos should be clear and readable.
