3. Payment for work can be carried out by the Customer by transferring to the Contractor a bank bill of the Security Council of the Russian Federation with a repayment term of 30 days. Transfer of bills is carried out under the act of acceptance.

In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Customer is entitled to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent delivery of materials by the Supplier, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of labor contracts of the persons involved in the delivery, information about the ownership or right of lease: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
