Comments: 1. IN THE CASE OF A SUPPLIER VIOLATION OF DELIVERY TIME, THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST ON ALL FOLLOWING TENDERS OF GLOBAL-FLOT LLC.
2. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
3. Acceptance of MTS from the Supplier at the address stated in the request will be carried out by a representative of Global-Flot LLC in the Volga-Caspian region. The name of the representative organization, as well as its powers, will be reflected in the supply agreement.
4. The participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before the envelopes are opened.
5. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER indicating the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In a commercial proposal, without fail, the details of the proposed names must be displayed with reference to the drawing, or with its attachment.
6. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
