We draw your attention to the fact that the commercial offer provided by you as part of this Supplier Request must be made in the form of an offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 436. Of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) with a deadline for acceptance within 7 days from the date of its receipt. The choice of the most advantageous offer for Salavatsteklo JSC is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- payment within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery;
- delivery to the buyer's warehouse.
- conclusion of the Agreement on the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo";
The participant taking part in the Request and submitting a commercial proposal accepts the terms of the contract posted in the procurement documentation.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- a commercial offer with an indication of the price, delivery time, terms of delivery and payment is not attached;
- the commercial proposal was received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
