The preliminary validity period for the results of the Purchase is 4 years.
A detailed description of the subject and scope of the Procurement is specified in the Terms of Reference, which will be provided during the Commercial Stage.
Stages:
1. Formation of a preliminary list of Participants.
2. Qualification (documentary evidence of qualification requirements, compliance with block factors).
3. Commercial stage (request for proposals among Qualified Participants).
4. Selection of winners, testing (if necessary).
5. Conclusion of a contract.
At this stage, a preliminary list of Participants in the procurement event is formed.

We ask you to place the following completed documents in this announcement by 23:59 (Moscow time) on February 28, 2021:
