PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your company to participate in a provisional list of participants in the procurement activity "Choice of the provision of services for the operation of engineering systems of the current module and planned for commissioning data center modules in the Yaroslavl Technical Center" for subsequent qualification for.
We ask you up to 16:00 (GMT) December 13, 2019 to place in this announcement following the completed documents (primary documentation package *).
Note: * Please Note: The primary documentation package is not sufficient to pass qualification procedure. Apply for (primary package of documents) will be sent to participants approved PJSC "VimpelCom" qualification criteria. Conformity with the approved criteria will need to document in the prescribed manner.

4. Provide financial statements (scanned copy of the balance sheet and statement of income (profit and loss). All these documents provide a PDF (scanned copy marked FTS).
If the latest available reporting - annual, the annual accounts are available for the last 2 years. If the latest available reporting - for the quarter / half / 9 months, provided statements for the 3 periods: the last reporting period of the current year and the previous 2 years. In the case of a participant belonging to the holding company provided consolidated financial statements of the holding.
5. The completed "Questionnaire potential supplier VC" (file "3. About potential supplier VC ") in Excel format for invitations to other procurement activities of PJSC" VimpelCom ".
Electronic copies of the documents must meet the following conditions:

• A range of works on the maintenance and operation of engineering systems of the current module and planned for commissioning data center modules in the Yaroslavl Technical Center in order to ensure the health and proper functioning of the Customer equipment;
• Location: Yaroslavl;
• Period - 3 (three) years;
• The perimeter of the purchase:
§ high voltage and low-voltage part (10 kV, RP, KTP, 0.4 kV, 0.4 kV VRU, grounding device, the lightning protection system, etc.);
§ The system of uninterrupted guaranteed power supply, including DDIBP (Diesel Dynamic UPS) and diesel generator;
§ drain capacitance Emergency fuel (used as fuel storage);
§ Test equipment (load modules) for testing and DDIBP DSU;
§ Electric lighting and curtains;
§ Refrigeration;
§ premises ventilation system (electropanelboard, generator);
§ The system ADCS (automated dispatch control system, including software SCADA);
§ Fire Suppression System
§ and other infrastructure equipment.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction within the meaning of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code, and therefore does not lead to PJSC "VimpelCom" obligations under these articles.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
