PJSC VimpelCom invites your company to participate in the prequalification (PQ) as part of the procurement event for the selection of a contractor for design, survey, construction and installation work on the creation of the PJSC VimpelCom facility in Kemerovo.
General information on the scope of work:
1. Construction of a new centralized technological site.
Modernization of the existing hangar premises. Adaptation of premises for telecommunication equipment:
Hangar with an area of 455 m2, which must enter without fail:
• Car hall
• EPU room
• Switchboard
• Security room
• Operator's room
• Spare parts
• San node
• Corridors
• Technological passages (if necessary)
The created premises are located in the existing one-story building of the hangar.
2. Stage design - One stage. Working documentation (RD). It includes a preliminary examination with an examination of the bearing capacity and condition of the building structures, as well as the development of design estimates.
3. Architectural supervision of the construction of the facility in order to ensure that the decisions contained in the taxiway comply with the construction and installation work at the facility.
4. Construction and installation work in strict accordance with the developed taxiway.
A detailed Terms of Reference will be provided to the Qualified Participants.
In the attachment the Qualification requirements (file "Qualification requirements of the design and survey works of SMR Kemerovo") to the Participants:
• The points of the Qualification Questionnaire, where required, in the column "Confirming documents" indicate the list of documents required to confirm this item.
• The questionnaire must include an answer to each item.
• For items No. 9-12, the confirmation of which is a letter of guarantee, you must provide one letter of guarantee, which will list all the items. A letter of guarantee is provided in free form on the official letterhead and signature.

The package of documents for participation in the Qualification must contain:
1. Completed application form in Word and PDF format (scan with signature);
2. Provide financial statements (a scan of a copy of the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement), as well as a completed analysis-rating file ("FinAnaliz_rating 1");
If the last available reporting is annual, then annual reporting is provided for the last 2 (two) years. If the last available reporting is for a quarter / half year / 9 months, then reporting is provided for 3 (three) periods: the last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years. If the participant belongs to the holding, consolidated reporting of the holding is provided.
3. Qualification form in excel and pdf format signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
4. Supporting documents to the points of the Qualification Questionnaire, where required;
5. A letter of guarantee on the relevant items on the official form signed and stamped by the organization.
Electronic copies of documents must satisfy the following conditions (we kindly ask you to comply with these requirements - this reduces the time for consideration and decision):
• each scanned document should be easy to read;
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file;
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
