PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your company to participate in the pre-qualification selection (PKO) within the framework of the procurement event for the choice of the supplier of electrical energy (capacity) with output of objects on the EPM.
EPAM facilities are located in the following cities:
1. g. Voronezh
2. g. Krasnodar
3. g. Stavropol
4. g. Novosibirsk
5. g. Tver
6. g. Yaroslavl
7. facilities with a maximum power of more than 670 kW. The current average monthly volume of electricity consumption for all objects is 1,463 thousand kWh, the volume of consumption will increase as the object is loaded.
To apply for participation in the Qualification it is necessary to:
1. Read the Privacy Statement (file "Privacy Statement" PJSC VK").
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for Failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
2. Fill in the Participant's Questionnaire (the "Participant's Questionnaire" file) signed by the authorized person;
3. Indicate the name of the responsible manager in the Questionnaire to support this procurement action;
4. Provide financial statements (scanned copies of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement), as well as the completed file analysis rating ("FinAnaliz_rating 1").
If the last available report is annual, then the annual report for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available report is for the quarter/half-year/9 months, then reports for 3 periods are provided: the last reporting period of the current year and the previous 2 years. In case the participant belongs to the holding, the consolidated statements of the holding are provided.
5. Fill in the "Questionnaire of the potential supplier of VC" (file of the Questionnaire of the potential supplier of VC) to invite to other procurement actions of PJSC "VimpelCom".
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
• The participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable;
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file;
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$
This invitation does not constitute a notice of holding an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail for PJSC "VimpelCom" the obligations provided for by these articles.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
