PJSC "VimpelCom" invites the organizations to participate in the formation of the preliminary list of participants of the procurement event aimed at finding contractors able to perform work on the design and construction of linear-cable structures (LCS) within the SuperCity project for 3 years in Moscow and Moscow.
Subject of purchase: Design and construction of LCS within the SuperCity project in Moscow and Moscow.

Phase 1. Formation of the list of stakeholders, collection of documents for Qualification.
Phase 2. Prequalification of participants.
Stage 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.

To complete Phase 1, the following documents must be submitted to the e-mail address Tenders_DBogdanova@beeline.ru no later than 18:00 (MSK) on November 12, 2018. (in the subject of the letter should indicate "Name of the organization/LCS SuperCity Lot 1/Lot 2.) The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file must indicate its contents. For a Qualification Statement, the file name must contain the Application number to which it belongs.

It is also necessary to provide the following documents:
- Excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2019. ; $
- The current version of the charter with current changes;
- Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activity of the organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as the report for the end of previous periods (maximum 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $
each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file, for example: Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but into one file (PDF file in black and white format);
each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$
