Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" entrusts the execution of works on the construction of RRL flight for the client, at the address: St. Petersburg, Moskovskoe sh., 46, in accordance with the Technical Task and the terms of the Contract, in compliance with applicable at the time of execution of works, requirements of the Russian legislation, technical regulations, other normative and technical requirements mandatory to comply (in particular, the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation; SNiPy; GOST; project documentation; Regulations for the installation of electrical installations (PUE); regulatory documents of the Customer and other similar documents), perform Works on the Facilities, in if necessary, to supply Materials and Equipment, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for these Works, Materials and Equipment in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS.
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
- the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $

In case of disagreement between any sections of the documentation, the Participant is obliged to contact the authorized employee of PJSC "VimpelCom" with a request about the need to clarifications.$ The Participant shall not use such disagreements as an argument to justify the impossibility of fulfilling its obligations under the procurement in question. In case you do not report an error, PJSC "VimpelCom" reserves the right to independently interpret the correct requirements and conditions.
