PJSC "Vimpelcom" invites the organization to take part in the RFI of the procurement event:

"Tender for selection of suppliers of 2G/3G/LTE Radio-repeaters for 2019-2023 years"

To participate in the contest the Organization must:
1. Study TK (file: TR_репитеры_2G_3G_LTE_. xlsx) and conditions below, and in case of consent to participate send confirmation and package org. Documents (Part 2)
2. Package of necessary documents:
2.1. FinAnaliz_рейтинг_1. xlsx (to fill the financial indicators of the company/participant);
2.2. Questionnaire of the participant. doc (to fill and send the signed scanned document);
2.3. Rfi. Details of the participant. xlsx (fill);
2.4. TR_репитеры_2G_3G_LTE_. xlsx (in column "B" Specify the models offered for the tender);
2.5. The _2G_3g_lte_. xlsx (Populate columns C, D, F);
2.6. To Send technical descriptions of the proposed equipment (data sheets);
2.7. To Prepare separate files in PDF format the following documents:
- Extract from the EGRUL dated 2018;
- Current wording of the Charter with current changes;
- A power of Attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the Organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the EGRUL;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the Organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (as much as 3 years).

Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is readable;
• Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, and a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file, for example: The Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The Package of documents should be sent to the e-mail address SVolobuev@beeline.ru, no later than 12:00 hours (CET) on April 26, 2019. (the subject of the letter should be "organization Name/RFI Radio Repeaters"). The Total size of the letter should not exceed 10 Mb (in case of need it is possible to send several letters).
Please Note that Your agreement to participate in the purchase event of Vimpelcom also means acceptance of the terms of the privacy Statement and You will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the privacy policy. In accordance with applicable law.
