Subject of purchase: Connectors for RRU
Delivery terms: DDP Moscow and Moscow region.
Planned stages of procurement:
Stage 1. Collection of documents and verification of potential participants.
Stage 2. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 3. Selection of winners.
Stage 4. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Stage 1, you must submit the following documents to the email address ESheberov@beeline.ru no later than 18:00 (Moscow time) on October 28, 2022 (in the subject of the letter, specify "Name of the organization / Connectors for RRU") The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive).
To participate in Stage 1, you must fill out the following documents:

3 Appendix 3. The KP form must be filled out and sent in Excel format and a signed scan with a print in PDF.
4 Technical description It is necessary to provide a technical description for the proposed equipment.
5 Appendix 5. The supplier's certificate of Conformity must be completed and sent in Word format and a signed scan with a PDF stamp.
7 Provide a certificate from the tax service on the absence of arrears in the submission of tax reports and payment of taxes.
You must also provide the following documents:
- An extract from the Unified State Register dated 2022;
-The current version of the charter with the current amendments;
-A power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
-Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
-Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
-Please provide the balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the organization for the closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (for a maximum of 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each scanned document should be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file, for example: The Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black-white format);
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
