Audit of local FOCLs on the VimpelCom transport network
Comments: The purpose of the information request is to analyze the market and form a preliminary list of participants in the formal procurement process.
The subject of the request is the execution of works on the audit of technical documentation for completed construction / modernized / new objects of fiber-optic communication lines of the transport network of PJSC "VimpelCom", verification of land management, estimate, design, as-built documentation, services for registration of property rights and the establishment of boundaries of security zones, on-site audit of network elements and communication lines, work on entering the results of a set of works on audit, data of the objects of the transport network of PJSC "VimpelCom" into the SDB inventory system.
Qualification questionnaire for participants in attachment with other documents.
To apply for participation in the procurement event, you must:
1. Read and fill in the file "Documents for participation" (including the Participant's Questionnaire), providing them in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word.
2. Provide a commercial proposal for a project on the subject of the request.
3. Accept the Requirements by VimpelCom, reflected in the attached documents, or provide a reasoned proposal for amendments / clarifications to the Requirements. VimpelCom, for its part, considers such proposals / changes and notifies the Participant of the acceptance / rejection of the said proposals / clarifications of the Participant.
4. Submit the completed and signed Qualification Questionnaire in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and EXCEL FORMAT. The questionnaire must be filled out, indicating the answer opposite each criterion, if there are comments on the criterion, reflect it in the "Comment" field. Please note that the "Block Factor" criterion is a mandatory eligibility criterion.
5. Submit supporting documents in accordance with the points of the Qualification Questionnaire.
Completed and signed documents in PDF and Word format must be sent to the email address ADotsenko@beeline.ru no later than [08/09/2021 15:00], indicating in the subject line [Name of the supplier's organization] / [Audit of local fiber-optic lines]. The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).
Based on the results of the check for the presence (absence) of interaction risks and consideration of the submitted documents of the Qualification stage, VimpelCom forms a list of Participants who meet the mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue participating in the Procurement, receive clarifying inquiries and / or additional requirements. Each Participant will be notified in writing of the result of the Qualification.
