PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to participate in the Commercial Information Request (RFI) for the supply of devices for testing the capacity and voltage of stationary lead acid battery 2V, 6B, 12V
Comments: Procurement milestones:
Stage 1. Qualifying participants and receiving initial offers in response to RFI.
Stage 2. Commercial stage among qualified bidders in the form of battle bidding on the Oracle site.
Stage 3. Choosing winners and entering into a contract.
As part of the RFI response, you need to:
1. Read and complete the "Participation Documents" (including the Participant Questionnaire), the "Counterparty Questionnaire" to confirm the availability of sufficient resources to meet obligations, provided in PDF (signed and printed scan) and Word.
2. Provide a tax certificate that there are no outstanding tax statements and tax payments.
3. Provide an instrument datasheet that meets the technical requirements.
4. Provide a Quote (RFI).

Completed and signed PDF and Word documents must be sent to ADotsenko@beeline.ru no later than [28.09.2021 15:30] with [Name of organization in the subject line supplier]/[battery testers]. The total size of the email should not exceed 10 MB (you can send multiple emails if necessary).
Based on the results of the verification (no) risk of interaction and review of the submitted documents of the Qualification phase, VimpelCom generates a list of Participants who satisfy the technical requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue to participate in the Purchase, receive clarification requests and/or additional requirements. Each Participant will be notified in writing of the result of the Qualification
