* Qualification: Qualification of participants will be carried out in 2 stages: Stage 1 – Verification of submitted documents, 2 stage – test task. Information about the test task will be given to the participants who successfully passed the 1st stage of qualification.
To participate in this event, the organization must complete and send the following documents:

You must also provide the following documents:
- Accounting balance for 2016-2018 years or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the Organization. Please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (as much as 3 years);
- Income statement for the last three reporting years.

Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is readable;
• Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, and a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file, for example: The Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents should be sent to the e-mail address tenders_beeline@beeline.ru no later than June 18:00 3, 2019 (in the subject of the letter should be specified "name of participant/installation of active equipment for the MP for 2 years". The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (in case of necessity it is possible to send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its contents.

Please note that your agreement to participate in the purchase event of Vimpelcom also means acceptance of the terms of the privacy statement and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the privacy policy. In accordance with applicable law.
