PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to participate in the preliminary compilation of a list of participants in the procurement event for the selection of Contracting organizations for the supply of software and the installation of software on Nokia DWDM network for 3 years
Comments: To participate in a procurement event, the organization must:
1. Fill out the application form by submitting in PDF format (scan with signature);
2. Fill in Appendix 1 Details of the participant, presenting in Excel format;
3. Fill in Appendix 2 Declaration of conformity (scan with signature). Attach scanned copies of documents (PDF format) confirming the information contained in the Application. The application and each application should be placed in separate files;
4. Fill in Appendix 3 FinAnaliz_rating 1, submitting in Excel format;
It is also necessary to prepare the following documents as separate PDF files:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2019;
- The current edition of the charter with the current amendments;
- Powers of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign
documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Please provide the balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the organization for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (for a maximum of 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents must satisfy the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address ALuzhnev@beeline.ru no later than 18:00 on October 21, 2019 (in the subject line you should indicate "Name of participant / Selection of contracting companies for software supply and installation of software on Nokia DWDM network on 3 years".
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive).
