Planned stages of the procurement event:
Stage 1. Formation of a list of potential participants.
Stage 2. Prequalification of participants.
Stage 3. Commercial stage (s) among qualified participants.
Stage 4. The selection of winners.
Stage 5. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Stage 1, you must provide the following documents to the email address ESGvozdeva@beeline.ru no later than 12 hours (UTC) on February 17, 2020. (the subject of the letter should indicate "Name of organization / Repair of equipment) The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters):
1. Fill out the Participant Application Form, providing in PDF format;
2. Fill in the Form of the Potential Supplier in Excel format;
3. Prepare the following documents as separate PDF files:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2019;
- The current edition of the charter with the current amendments;
- A power of attorney or other document authorizing one or another person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Please provide the balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the organization for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (for a maximum of 3 years).

Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of VimpelCom PJSC also means acceptance of the terms of Appendix 2 "Privacy Statement" and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
Information on further steps will be provided no later than February 20, 2020.
After completion of the prequalification, it is planned to conduct the commercial stage of the competition among the Participants who will be assigned the status of "qualified". The forecast date for the commercial phase is mid-March 2020.
