Subject of purchase: Design, construction, installation and other works on connection of B2B Clients, WLL and installation of Active equipment for clients and network projects of PJSC "VimpelCom" for a period of 2 years.
Geography of work: the following branches of Greater Moscow and related areas: Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kostroma, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver, Tula and Yaroslavl.
Planned procurement stages:
Phase 1. Formation of the list of stakeholders, collection of documents for Qualification.
Phase 2. Qualification of participants.
Stage 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.

- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activity of the organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as the report for the end of previous periods (maximum 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
• the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $
