PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to participate in prequalification for the procurement event for the selection of a supplier for the purchase of optical fiber 2 (optical fibers) in the currently under construction / fiber-optic communication line (FOCL) in the Samara - Novokuybyshevsk section.

Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites the organizations to participate in the pre-qualification of the procurement event for the selection of a supplier for the purchase of OG 2 (optical fibers) in the building/existing fiber-optic communication line (VOLS) on the section Samara — Novokuibyshevsk.
Fibers ready for test operation - no later than June 2020.
Planned procurement stages:
Phase 1. Creating a list of stakeholders.
Phase 2. Prequalification of participants.
Stage 3. Commercial stage (s) among qualified participants.
Step 4. Selection of winners.
Phase 5. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Phase 1, please submit the following documents to the e-mail address ESGvozdeva@beeline.ru no later than 12 hours (MSK) on April 20, 2020. (in the subject of the letter you should specify "Name of the organization/Purchase of the OG.) The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters):
1. Fill in the Participant's Questionnaire by submitting it in PDF format;
2. Fill out the Prospective Supplier Questionnaire in Excel format;
3. Write in free form, whether there is an existing or under construction for sale of the agent in the required territory (indicating the date of completion of the construction).
4. Prepare the following documents in PDF format:
- Excerpt from the Unified State Register dated 2020;
- The current version of the charter with current changes;
- Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activity of the organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as the report for the end of previous periods (maximum 3 years).
- Filled Financial Analysis file in Excel format
5. Fill in Annex 3. Qualifications in Excel and PDF format and attach relevant documents in PDF format
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" also means acceptance of the terms of Annex 4 "Privacy Statement" and you will be liable for failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
Information on the results of the preliminary qualification will be sent to the participants to the e-mail address specified in the package of documents for the preliminary qualification (file "Details of the participant) by no later than April 23, 2020
After the completion of the preliminary qualification, it is planned to conduct a Request for proposals among the Participants who will be awarded the status of "qualified". The forecast date of the Request is mid-May 2020.
