Comments: Subject of procurement: performance of works on preliminary survey of the territory, selection of the route, registration of land relations, design and survey, construction and installation works, works to establish a security zone and services for registration of ownership of the LCS of a fiber-optic communication line.

We inform you that the procurement event is supposed to be carried out in several stages:
- Stage 1 - Qualification selection;
- Stage 2 - Commercial stage in the format of electronic trading on the VimpelCom site.
To participate in procurement events no later than 12.10.2020, you must send the following documents to the email address Tenders_Vinogradova@beeline.ru:
- 1. Fill in the Participant's Questionnaire, providing it in PDF format (scanned with signature);
- 2. Fill out Appendix 1 Form of a potential supplier of PJSC VimpelCom, submitting it in Excel format;
- 3. Fill in Appendix 2. Financial analysis by submitting in Excel and PDF format (scanned with signature);
- 4. Agreement on negotiating, providing in PDF format (scanned with signature);
- 5. Declaration of Conformity, Excel and PDF (signed scan).
To confirm compliance with the qualification requirements, it is also necessary to attach all the Appendices required in the Declaration of Conformity.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file, for example: The Charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (file PDF format in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
When responding to this request, please indicate "Organization name / Yantal". The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
