Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to take part in the Qualification selection for design and survey work (R&D) at technological sites * at the facilities of PJSC VimpelCom across Russia.
* Note: the concept of a technological site is understood as an object designed to accommodate telecom and IT equipment.
To apply for participation in the Qualification, you must attach to the application:
1) The completed Participant Questionnaire should be submitted in PDF and Word format (scanned with a signature).
2) Completed Qualification Questionnaire (in Excel and PDF format with signature and seal) and supporting documents, according to the content of the questionnaire.
• For each item of the qualification questionnaire in the column "Supporting documents" there is a list of documents required to confirm this item. For the points, the confirmation of which is a letter of guarantee, you must provide one letter of guarantee, which will list all the points. The letter of guarantee is provided in free form on an official letterhead signed and sealed.
• In the questionnaire, you must indicate the answer YES / NO to each item, as well as attach the necessary supporting documents.
3) Read the Privacy Statement and indicate your agreement with it in the body of the letter.
4) Contacts of the responsible manager for this tender (name, position, e-mail, city phone, mobile phone).
You must also provide the following documents:
• scans of balance sheets, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority.
• scans of profit and loss statements for the analyzed period, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority;
• completed in accordance with the attached reporting excel-template.
If the last available reporting is annual, then annual reporting for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available reporting is for a quarter / six months / 9 months, then reporting for 3 periods is provided: the last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years. If a participant belongs to a holding, consolidated statements of the holding are provided.
The package of documents must be sent to the e-mail address TechPirCmr@beeline.ru (in the subject line it is necessary to indicate "[Name of supplier's organization] IDP qualification). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom also means your agreement with the terms of the Privacy Statement, and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
