Comments: It is planned to carry out maintenance and ATS at the existing DGS at 188 addresses.

The subject of the procurement measure is the implementation of a full range of works and services for carrying out maintenance and AVR of diesel generator sets, located in communication containers, rooms, casings. The entire list of works is indicated in the Appendices.
Geography of work performance:
1. Lot 1. URAL.

To participate in the Qualifying Selection, we ask you to send the following completed documents to the address zakupki2020@kzn.beeline.ru by 5 pm Moscow time on December 29, 2020:
1. Fill in the Participant's Questionnaire, providing it in PDF format (scanned with a signature);
2. Fill in the Financial Analysis by submitting it in Excel and PDF format (scan with signature);
3. Fill out the Questionnaire of a potential VK supplier, providing it in Excel format;
4. Fill out a letter of assurance of non-affiliation;
5. Fill out the Negotiating Agreement, providing it in PDF format (scanned with signature);
6. Fill in the card for registering a supplier in Oracle (ETP for bidding);
7. Fill out the Statement of Compliance with the qualification requirements, submitting it in Excel and PDF format (scanned with a signature), and to confirm compliance with the requirements, you must send all the documents requested in the Application.
The procurement event is planned to be carried out in several stages:
1. stage - Qualification selection (verification of participants for compliance with qualification requirements based on the documentation received). Participants who provided confirmation of all points of the requirements will be admitted to the next stage.
2. stage - Commercial stage in the format of an electronic auction at the VimpelCom site with qualified participants.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file, for example: The charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents must be sent to the e-mail address zakupki2020@kzn.beeline.ru no later than December 29, 2020 (in the subject line it is necessary to indicate "Name of the participant / Contest of maintenance and automatic transmission of DGU for 2021-2023") The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
