PJSC "VimpelCom" invites the Organization to take part in the qualification selection of contractors to participate in the tender for the selection of a contractor for the provision of maintenance and ATS services for line-cable structures and active equipment of the unified antenna-feeder system (EAFS) on the 1st and 3rd lines Petersburg Metro, in accordance with the Terms of Reference.Collapse
Comments: To participate in the Qualifying Selection, you must:
1. Read the Privacy Statement; (Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Statement, and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.)
2. Unpack the archive with the documentation and familiarize yourself with the list of works and qualification requirements. (The password for the archive is specified in the file "Privacy Statement".)
3. Submit the following completed documents within the deadline set in the ad:
- Qualification requirements, in PDF formats (scanned with signature);
- ZM participant's questionnaire, in PDF format (scanned with signature);
- Potential supplier questionnaire, in Excel format;
- Financial analysis, in Excel format;
- Financial statements for 2020, 2019 and 2018 with the notification of the Federal Tax Service;
- Constituent documents of the Organization.
The prepared documents must be attached to the announcement or sent to the email address Tender_NWR@spb.beeline.ru with the subject of the letter: Name of the organization / TO and ABP EAFS in the St. Petersburg metro.
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file;
3. Each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom under these Articles.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
