VimpelCom PJSC invites organizations to take part in the qualification selection of counterparties to participate in the procurement event for the selection of contractors to provide services for the design, construction and modernization of radio relay links in 2021-2023. on the territory of the branches of the Western Region of PJSC VimpelCom.Collapse
Comments: Brief specifics of work: Execution of design and survey, construction and installation work, as well as work on the modernization of radio relay communication lines, including: - Pre-design survey (PPO); - carrying out engineering surveys; - obtaining technical specifications and approvals; - development of project documentation; - carrying out construction, construction and installation, installation, commissioning, testing, integration, and other types of work, etc. (For more information, see the Terms of Reference).
We inform you that the procurement event will be carried out in several stages:
- Stage 1 - Qualification selection of participants, Request for initial proposals;
- Stage 2 - Commercial stage, in the format of electronic trading on the VimpelCom site.
To participate in the Qualifying Selection, you must:
1. Read the Privacy Statement;
(Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Statement, and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.)
2. Unpack the archive with the documentation and familiarize yourself with the list of works and qualification requirements. (The password for the archive is specified in the file "Privacy Statement".)
3. Submit the following completed documents within the deadline set in the ad:
- Declaration of Conformity to Qualified Requirements, in Excel and PDF formats (scanned with signature); To confirm compliance with the qualification requirements, it is also necessary to attach all the documents required in the Declaration of Conformity.
- ZM participant's questionnaire, in PDF format (scanned with signature);
- Potential supplier questionnaire, in Excel format;
- Financial analysis, in Excel format;
- Financial statements for 2020, 2019 and 2018 with the notification of the Federal Tax Service;
- Negotiating Agreement, in PDF format (scanned with signature).
The prepared documents must be attached to the announcement or sent to the email address Tender_NWR@spb.beeline.ru with the subject of the letter: Organization name / PIR, CMP RRL West.
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file;
3. Each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
Please note that suppliers qualified in the category of R&D, construction and installation work, modernization of BS for 2021-2023. qualify automatically, in the absence of negative interaction experience (the presence of claims work in relation to the organization).
