Design, construction, installation and other works on connecting B2B Clients to the communication network of PJSC VimpelCom.

Planned procurement stages:
Stage 1. Formation of a list of interested participants, collection of documents for Qualification.
Stage 2. Qualification of participants, which will be held in 2 stages*.
Stage 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 4. Selection of winners.
Stage 5. Conclusion of contracts.
* Qualification: the qualification of participants will be carried out in 2 stages: stage 1 – verification of the submitted documents, stage 2 – test task. Information about the test task will be provided additionally to participants who have successfully passed the 1st stage of the qualification.
To complete Step 1, you must submit the following documents to your email address Tenders_DBogdanova@beeline.ru no later than 18 hours (Moscow time) on June 08, 2021 (in the subject line, specify " Name of the organization/B2B Moscow time.) The total size of the message should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send multiple messages):
1. The completed Application Form of the Participant, provided in Word and PDF formats;
2. A completed Questionnaire of a Potential Supplier in Excel format;
3. Completed Application for compliance with the qualification requirements in Excel and PDF formats;
4. The completed Financial Audit file, in Excel and PDF formats. You must also provide a scanned copy of the balance sheet for the last three years, certified by the company's seal and the tax authority, and a scanned copy of the income statement for the last three years, certified by the company's seal and the tax authority (for a maximum of 3 years).
5. The completed file is a form for collecting data on tax discipline in Excel and PDF formats.
6. Prepare the following documents as separate PDF files:
- An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2021;
- The current version of the charter with the current amendments;
- A power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
