PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to take part in the qualification selection for the selection of the contractor for the supply, installation of protection systems for Watches / Other devices in the open display in the sales offices of "Beeline" and further technical support throughout the territory of the Russian Federation.
Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to participate in the qualification selection to choose a contractor for the supply and installation of watch protection systems/Other devices in the open display in the sales offices of "Beeline" and further technical support, throughout the Russian Federation.
To apply for participation in the Qualification, you must attach to the application:
1) Please submit the completed Application Form in PDF and Word format (scanned copy with signature).
2) The completed Qualification Questionnaire (in Excel and PDF format with signature and seal) and supporting documents, according to the content of the questionnaire.
• For each item of the qualification questionnaire, in the "Supporting documents" column, there is a list of documents required to confirm this item. For items that are confirmed by a letter of guarantee, you must provide one letter of guarantee, which will list all the items. The letter of guarantee is provided in free form on official letterhead, signed and sealed.
• In the questionnaire, you must specify the answer YES/NO to each item, as well as attach the necessary supporting documents.
3) Read the Privacy Statement and indicate your consent to it in the body of the letter.
4) Contacts of the responsible manager for this tender (full name, position, e-mail, landline, mobile phone).
You must also provide the following documents:
• scans of the balance sheets, certified by the company's seal and the tax authority.
• scans of profit and loss statements for the analyzed period, certified by the company's seal and the tax authority;
• filled in in accordance with the attached report excel template.
If the last available reporting is annual, then the annual reporting for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available reporting is for the quarter/half-year/9 months, then the reporting is provided for 3 periods: the last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years. If the participant belongs to the holding company, the consolidated financial statements of the holding company are provided.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address Dedyulya.tender@beeline.ru (in the subject line, specify "[Name of the supplier organization] Supply, installation of watch protection systems/Other devices). The total size of the message should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several messages).
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom also means that you agree to the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the" Privacy Statement " in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail for PJSC VimpelCom the obligations provided for in these articles.
