PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to participate in the pre-qualification of suppliers for workable process equipment, withdrawn from production, suitable for use on PJSC Vimpelcom
Comments: Purchase subject: ZIP procurement of process equipment removed from vendor production to ensure the elimination of AVR on equipment in service on the VC network. For more information, please refer to the Technical Assignment and Qualification Requirements.

To apply for the procurement event, the following documents must be submitted:
1. Read and complete the Participation Documents file (including Member's Quonnaire) by providing PDF (signature and print scan) and Word.
2. Accept VimpelCom Requirements as reflected in the attached documents or provide a reasoned proposal to amend or clarify the Requirements. VimpelCom, for its part, reviews such proposals/changes and notifies the Participant of the Accept/Rejection of the Participant's propositions/refinements.
3. Direct the completed and signed Qualification Qualification Qualification Qualifier in PDF format (signature and print scan) and EXCEL FORMAT. The questionnaire must be completed by specifying a response opposite each criterion, if there are comments on the criterion, reflect it in the Comment box. Note that the Block Factor criterion is a mandatory eligibility criterion.
4. Submit supporting documents in accordance with the Qualification Qualification Questionnaire.
Filled and signed PDF and Word documents must be sent to email ADotsenko@beeline.ru by listing [Vendor Organization Name]/[Vendor Organization Name]/[RIP to eliminate AVR]. The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 Mb (if necessary, you can send multiple letters).
VimpelCom shall produce a list of Participants who meet the mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue to participate in the Purchase, receive clarifying requests and/or additional requirements. Each Member will be notified in writing about the result of the Qualification.
By providing documents at any stage of the procurement process, you confirm that you are familiar with information about the procurement process and comply with its provisions and requirements.
